Projects and Modes

A project is the main workspace for a market, audience, niche, or product idea. Projects own queries, prompts, posts, reports, scout runs, and schedules.

Research mode focuses on finding pain points, repeated complaints, workarounds, and product opportunities. It is the primary open-core adoption path.

Marketing mode is for engagement and outreach workflows. Use it only when your goal is to act on already-understood opportunities rather than discover them.

  • Keep one project focused on one audience or market.
  • Disable noisy queries instead of deleting them immediately.
  • Use reports to preserve conclusions from useful runs.
