The repository workspace contains the ThreadLens app users can run today. Hosted ThreadLens is planned as a later managed option.

The public license applies to the public ThreadLens repository. Private workspace code outside the published repository is not part of the licensed work unless a file or directory states otherwise.

• Public contribution workflow.
• Public maintainer procedures for releases, Docker images, docs hygiene, and support triage.

Does Not Belong in Public Docs

• Hosted SaaS credentials.
• Billing provider operations.
• Private cloud infrastructure runbooks.
• Multi-tenant hosted implementation notes.
• Private customer data.
• Proprietary roadmap details that are not ready for public publication.
